The Samahang Bangko Rural ng Pangasinan Foundation, Inc. was organized pro-active Rural Bankers of Pangasinan in order to have a collective body to address common concerns.  "Samahan" connotes togetherness; cohesiveness.

VISION STATEMENT

The vision of the organizers is to have an institution composed of dedicated and committed members in order to have a venue where common concerns / issues are ventilated and addressed.

MISSION STATEMENT

In order to pursue the Vision of the Samahan, its existence and success depend on the total voluntary, cohesivenes, commitment of its members, its support to the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) and adherence and compliance to regulatory agencies of government all contribute to the growth and viability of Rural Banking in order to fulfill the mandate of providing credit needs of the small farmers, fisherfolks, small and medium sized businessmen and land reform beneficiaries at reasonable and affordable interest rates in order to enhance the improvement of the quality of life at the countryside.
